The wikicode [[File:Test.jpg|link=Wikinews:Main Page]] renders as an image with
the tooltip "link=Wikinews:Main Page" instead of as a image linking to
Wikinews:Main Page.
This appears to be the result of some kind of misparse: the same problem
happens with say, "Wikihttp://example.com";, "Wikimagnet:deadbeef",
"Wikimailto:[email protected]"; and so on, depending on the value of
$wgUrlProtocols.
