This is beyond the scope of a documentation bug.  It should be discussed and
addressed separately.  Note even the new code (e.g. mw-ui-checkbox) still uses
nesting in key places, albeit not in the same way.

Yes.  As discussed earlier, mw-ui-checkbox-label does not exist in the LESS (or
CSS) and can simply be dropped.
