EntityIdValues are being displayed in the entity view as
UnDeserializableValues.
They appear to be UnDeserializableValue when generating ParserOutput in
EntityView.
I have $wgWBRepoSettings['internalEntitySerializerClass'] =
'Wikibase\Lib\Serializers\LegacyInternalEntitySerializer';
