Steps to repro:
1. In production/stable, enter VE edit mode and scroll down to a section that's
below the fold.
2. Tap on a wikilink
3. Use the "remove" button to remove the link & tap done.
Expected: I am taken back to the section I was on.
Actual: I'm taken back to the top of the page.
Observed on iPad 2 & mobile site on desktop Chrome.
