Beta cluster is updated by Jenkins. Whenever a build breaks, nobody get
informed though we can always have a reasonable overview at
http://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Beta/
We should make the job complain on IRC #wikimedia-qa and possibly by mail to
qa-alerts. Some jobs might need additional medium, such as the Parsoid and
cxserver updating jobs.
