1. Visit a page with a thumbnailed image. Note the
tooltip on the magnify icon (http://i.imgur.com/GZBz2KJ.png).
2. Null-edit the page using a different language.
3. Visit the page in default language again. Note the tooltip on the magnify
icon is not in content language, but in the one we used before.
For some reason I couldn't reproduce this on Wikipedia, but it happens
consistently on my local wiki.
