Current workflow:
1. Place cursor.
2. Insert > References list
3. Click on the "Insert references list" button (because I almost never want
to define the ref group).
Desired workflow:
1. Place cursor.
2. Insert > References list
3. All done! I can go back and edit the existing References list (by
selecting the ref list tag and going to Insert > References list) if I really
need to.
