Following conversation with WMF's Internationalization & Localization team, I
am altering this request to be more holistic by "Re-enablement of webfonts for
English Wikisource" rather than focusing on solely the fraktur type fonts,
which was the result of heWS's request referred to in #comment 1
Feel free to revert to smaller approach if that is your preference after
internal conversation.
