We at Language Engineering team, are using and going to use Labs for various
experimental features. Current quota (due to already in use instances) does not
allow to create more new instances with better RAM/CPUs/Disk space. Currently,
we use Labs for ContentTranslation, MLEB testing, Test case management system
(TestLink) and to test few other things that requires user feedback.
