When I use a non-latin string in a query, it apparently fails to match
properly. An example of queries containing non-latin strings is:
USE jawiki_p;
SELECT page_title FROM page
WHERE page_title LIKE "%ウィキペディア%";
<!-- should return 1569 rows, but returns 2 (exact numbers may change) -->
