Watch some Flow topics, then visit Special:EditWatchlist, e.g.

The topic section looks like:

a) Elsewhere we try to show the topic's title as well/instead of its
incomprehensible Topic:<UUIDblahblah> page name
b) Pages in the Topic namespace don't have talk pages, so shouldn't have a
broken red Talk link.
b) may be a bug in Special:EditWatchlist's code. E.g. Special:Search >
Advanced knows that there's no "Topic talk" namespace.
