Two problems with this (on referata.com):
When I use Special:CreateTemplate, and then show the form associated with the
template for a user to enter data to create a page, the fields are in the wrong
order, or mislabeled.
Specifically, the name of the second field in the form is that of the last
field I entered. I don't know if "Address Line 1" or "Address1" is a reserved
word that is causing a problem ?
When I edit the Template, and the try again to see if it changes the Form,
there is a long delay, or it doesn't reflect the changes until I Create the
Form again. In other words, the changes to the Template are not reflected in
the associated Form.
