The canned edit summaries in the mobile apps are inserted in the app's UI
language. For example, the following edit was done in the English Wikipedia,
but the summary is in Hebrew, because that is my UI language:

The summary must be in the site's content language. A Hebrew summary in the
English Wikipedia is not useful to reviewers.
