While having each post be a new page is helpful for deletion purposes I think
it would be highly beneficial to not have them marked as such. Looking at a
users contributions and seeing a flood of N's which are all talk page
discussions increases the noise ratio to a point that it can be very very hard
to find the real page creations (or for that matter other edits).
