On any page in beta labs e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Cite_VisualEditor_Test?veaction=edit
click Cite, then choose any of Website, Book etc.
User should see an inspector dialog for that cite, but nothing appears
