The new layout was recently set up for mailman (as afterwards announced to the
list admins). I found that for some languages, if I select it on the left side
(i.e. at https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikilovesmonuments ) it
switches to the old layout. For example Arabic and Chinese. Other languages
work fine (i.e. German, English, Catalan).
