Over the last week (and particularly this evening) I've been encountering the
following error message when I've been uploading a file to Wikimedia Commons:
"An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-swift-eqiad". "
This is via https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload . Re-attempting
the file upload mostly works, although it sometimes returns the same error
message (but then works on a third attempt).
