When accessing a url like,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Godwin#mediaviewer/File:Example.svg
The title changes to:
Example - Mike Godwin - Wikipedia
But nothing actually appears or happens (no http request, no console errors, no
user interface). If MMV decides not to initialise it should do nothing, not
change the title either.
