Since the flyout recommender is based on the last page you've edited, in some
cases it will recommend the page you're on as one of the choices.
Fixing this requires separating out the base page (on which recommendations are
based) and the excluded page (not given as a recommendation).
We also need to decide whether to also exclude the last page you edited (you're
not currently on that, but you did just edit it, so it seems like excluding may
make sense).
