Go to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/enter_bug.cgi and select MobileFrontend.
The form that appears gives options for hardware ("smartphone") and OS, but
mobile operating systems are not listed. Only after clicking on "Show Advanced
Fields" will the previously hidden fields "Web Browser" and "Mobile Platform"
appear. Both of these are crucial for mobile interface bug reports and should
be shown by default.
