We currently have a toolbar on the left that gives two upload options: one to upload a file (which goes to Commons) and the other to upload locally. We are wishing to remove the link to upload locally. This has been unanimously consented by the community at eo-wiki. The option we are wanting to remove is "Alŝuti dosieron loke". The other link to Commons at "Alŝuti dosieron" we want to keep.
