When using "notuselang" in query:meta/notifications, the parameter seems to be
ignored or doesn't work.
Tried several combinations of "notformat" (html/text/flyout) and "uselang" (en,
EN, en-GB ...)
The language of the message seems to be fixed to the language of the sender's
wiki.
Eg:
Superyetkin, mesaj sayfanıza bir mesaj bıraktı.
should be translated to:
Superyetkin left a message on your talk page
