In the "filetoc" at the top of image pages (for example
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sikh_pilgrim_at_the_Golden_Temple_(Harmandir_Sahib)_in_Amritsar,_India.jpg#filetoc
) Global usage is the last item. But in the page the Metadata section
(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sikh_pilgrim_at_the_Golden_Temple_(Harmandir_Sahib)_in_Amritsar,_India.jpg#metadata
) is after the Global usage section.
It does not matter much, but it would be nice if the TOC used the same order as
the sections are in the page.
