Mark all as read in Echo as quiet mw.ui.button
Currently all MediaWiki UI buttons are picking up the system font for their
text, which in my case is Lucida Grande.
This introduces inconsistency and is fugly. I've attached a screenshot of a
particular nasty example, such as use of a quiet button in Echo, next to other
sans-serif interface copy.
The current living style guide (http://tools.wmflabs.org/styleguide/desktop/)
does not specify a better font family for buttons nor inputs, but older
versions of the specification have suggested we should be doing better
(https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/File:Agora_specs.pdf).
The simplest solution here is to inherit the body's 'sans-serif' specification,
or apply it specifically if necessary.
