If one takes a look at
https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/mwext-Wikibase-repo-tests/6777/consoleFull
one can see that lots of HTML generated by Wikibase does not pass this
assertion method. We should either fix our code or provide another way of
checking that the HTML is valid.
