When adding/editing a sub-page through a form, Semantic Forms doesn't set the
page title to what was specified through "create title" or "edit title" in the
form's info tag. Rather, the title is set to the title of the sub-page, sans
the parent page. For example, if you're adding the page Germany/Berlin with a
form, the title of the form would be Berlin, regardless of what's set in the
info tag.
