"On watchlist, I can see the title of the section (or the name of the topic, in
the system used on Village Pump of ptwiki ), but in Flow notifications I can't.
It just says "<someone> created a new topic on <somewhere>", and since the URLs
are confusing, I can't use the hover on "new topic" to get that info either."
