Since we do some stuff in this area with mobile and parsoid/VE these days. I
wonder, what if we do this only for H2's, is there any way we can measure how
many pages we would break ?

Parsoid has done metrics on similar problems right ? Perhaps trough that route
we could explore it ?

I do know that this:

is often used on user pages, so those would likely all break..
