Badge styles are not present for the Modern skin.
For example: https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=LEW_EL_2&useskin=modern
have a language link to pl.wp, which should be marked as a good article, but
isn't. The appropriate classes are present in page HTML, but no styles are
defined for them.
Is this a bug or intentional "design" feature?
