Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Insert>References list
3.Now type in a new group name in the combo box and click on insert
Or
you can open an existing reference list and change its group name to something
new.
4.Now go to Cite>Basic and open the combo box for specifying the group names.
Observed that,
New Reference groups created from Reference list dialog did not get added as
suggestion in the combo box
