I'd like to enable a new beta feature on a wiki, but I wouldn't like the users
to enable it thoughtlessly, as it currently breaks a lot of things. For this
reason, I'd like to be able to append a 'do NOT use this! only for developers'
note to such beta feature in the beta tab.
