That said, if we can figure out how to operate the site without disclosing it, we should do that. It is not clear to me if Rich's proposal does that or not. I would second Elvey's structuring of the question: it would be helpful both to me and to whoever has to resolve this technically to know what the process is, and exactly what data points are necessary when in the process.
