Please add "patrol" and "autopatrolled" right to the "editors" group on
plwikisource.
As the main page verification mechanism in plwikisource is FleggedRevs and
patrolling seems to be enabled only for new pages creation (esp. in Talk
namespaces), we want to have consistency in rights required for whole
verification process as editors are the group who provide this.
There's very few admins in plwikisource and verification of newly created talk
pages should not be their main role. We prefer to give the right to all editors
instead of creating a separate user group.
We have decided we want to add this right to editors here:

After adding these rights to editors, their "patrolmarks" right would probably
be not necessary.
