The Flow page doesn't show the < Wikipedia:Teahouse | Questions "crumb trail"
to parent pages that you normally see under the page title of a subpage in a
<div id="contentSub"><span class="subpages">.
I think includes/skins/Skin.php's subPageSubtitle() normally fabricates this.
