Hovering over the username link of the comment poster shows a "(Talk | User
contributions | block)" element and it also underlines the username. The
underline is too long and includes a space after the name, but doesn't go under
the element in parentheses. This is not symmetric and not aesthetic.
The underline should be either eliminated completely or appear only under the
username itself.
