This is a weird and seemingly esoteric bug, but it's consistently reproducible
and it might have wider implication.

If my iPod's UI is Hebrew and I use the Wikipedia app v4.0.2.1 to read the
article "ASCII" in the Russian Wikipedia, then a diacritic sign in the
"lastmodified-by-user" message at the bottom of the article appears as a dash.
It is supposed to appear as a dot in the middle of the line.

It works well in other articles in the Russian Wikipedia.
