I didn't see this until now because it's not blocking the main review queue bug. In any case, this code isn't ready to be deployed anywhere. The JS isn't following our code conventions at all, appears to have been copied from an on-wiki userscript (claiming it is "borrowed"), but doesn't have any licensing information. There's also no default license set for the extension, which isn't good.
