Add audio recording in a similar workflow to taking a picture and immediately
uploading it.
This would encourage audio recordings that require a mobile recording device.
Examples include ambient sounds like city bustle or crickets, as well as
information that is not significantly enhanced by video, such as lecture,
debates, etc.
