Since I am not a developer, I cannot do this review. Tim normally handles this, and asked that I email him the request. I am also reassigning this bug (23919) and related bug (23085 piwik extension for officewiki) to him as well. Once Tim can do a proper review, he can comment back in here so we can move forward.
