Seems ever since the change to use production config lately (or shortly
thereafter) the various interwiki links we had no longer work.
e.g. on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Codfw_cluster the link for
Wikipedia:
"wikipedia:Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport"
Is a red link.
Oddly enough "en:" does work, which suggests the wiki incorrectly identifies as
being a Wikipedia edition.
Further more, the redlink leads to
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Dallas/Fort_Worth_International_Airport&action=edit&redlink=1
which identifies itself as being in the Project namespace.
