have correct defualt size/density information, which means that the converted
SVGs have to be sized manually most of the time"
This is a problem if we want to support older browsers (IE8 and below does not
support SVG) and also if ResourceLoader starts to automatically generate such
fallbacks, which seems to be the plan per
