Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Page Settings option
3.Click on the "i" icon next to the fields to bring up the contextual menu.
Observed Result:
Observe that,the help texts are kind of squished inside the tooltip.Also, the
tooltip icon is wrongly placed o the right side of the field "Show the Table of
Contents".As a result, it gets cut off with the right edge of the dialog
