HTTPs delivery for OSM tiles currently results in certificate problems.
If URLs like https://c.tiles.wmflabs.org/hikebike/4/8/4.png are used to deliver
the tiles it gives a certificate error.
We already had this on Toolserver and I discovered that the wildcard
*.wmflabs.org SSL certificate does not cover c.tiles.wmflabs.org.
This is because sub - sub - domains are not handled by wildcard ssl certs.
So the best way to solve this problem would be to use different host names like
tiles-c.wmflabs.org so you have only one sub domain.
We need this to be done quite soon because otherwise we cannot switch the whole
OSM stuff from Toolserver to Toollabs.
