You can check this out on pl.wiki (the link is 'Stary układ stron'/'Nowy układ stron'). Of course messages would have to be translated, but you seem to figured out how to translate various messages for JavaScript. As of 17th we had only one feedback complain and quite weak too and nothing about the search box. So this seems to be working for now :-). "How do you see this being incorporated in the Vector skin exactly?" As a quick switch link at the top (as it is on pl.wiki).
