abuse filter / spam blacklist + wikibase interaction once again broke!
the getTextForFilters code is apparently not covered by tests and/or not
executed by jenkins.
we really need to ensure this code is covered by tests (probably extract it
also from EntityContent) and ensure jenkins covers it.
