(I thought there might be an existing bug for this, but I couldn't find
anything.)
If you use:
background-image: url('images/back-ltr.png');
...in a LESS file it flips correctly.
If you use:
background-image: embed('images/back-ltr.png');
...in a LESS file it doesn't flip.
