For example, the page you linked to in your opening post looked fine to me from the beginning I read this bug. The version you saw in the cache was this: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Stanley_O%27Toole&oldid=366630808 So there is no porblem with content being partially displayed.
