Situation:
On https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNotice the country codes only
are shown.
On the specific CentralNotice only the country name is shown.
Request: make it possible that on both places both the name as the country code
can be seen or retrieved.
A solution can be by having a hoover text with showing the country name when
having the mouse above the country code at
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNotice
A solution for the individual campaigns can be by adding the country code
between brackets behind the country name.
