On some repositories we generate documentation after a patch is merged. It
would be rather nice to do the same on patch proposal so people can review the
documentation output.
We can not really use doc.wikimedia.org because of cookie concerns but we can
probably have them under the recently created wmfusercontent.org which we could
bind to some host.
