Please let users upload odp (and ppt, if possible) on [[:wm2010:]] wiki.
Slides are very useful and appreciated; last year they were uploaded to Commons
([[:commons:Category:Wikimania 2009 PDF presentations]]), but not everything
can be converted to pdf, moreover the Wikimania wiki is a safer and more
comfortable environment, where people will hopefully be able to upload their
slides themselves.
I know it's technically feasible: this is enabled e.g. on Internal wiki.
